Beautiful must have for spring
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I totally love this. I have had a white tiered skirt in my closet off and on forever. This is a good one, built in liner, wear it counts, not heavy but still has a lot of volume. It is very feminine and looks classy with just a tshirt . Shipping took about 3 eerks

Wanted to love this, but...
The material is so delicate and thin as to be "see through". Not so fine for walking around town.
