Three Prong Round Tennis Necklace

First of all I ordered silver one ans received gold one instead, no tags, closure non working - totally someone returned it and its in not brand new condition- shame on Nordstrom for sending it out before checking. Second, runs very small, 16 is like a choker! Kid size no joke
