Thickening Spray

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently tried out the Forte Series Hair Thickening Spray to manage some noticeable thinning at my crown, and the experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. The packaging is sleek and modern, featuring a sturdy white bottle that feels high-quality in hand, though the spray nozzle requires a bit of finesse to get an even distribution. When applying it directly to my scalp, the liquid is clear and lightweight, lacking any greasy residue, which I really appreciate. However, while it does provide a bit of immediate "lift" and texture to my hair, the value is somewhat questionable for my specific level of hair loss; it seems to work better as a styling aid for volume rather than a miracle fix for significant thinning areas. Following the instructions is straightforward—I just mist it onto damp or dry hair and work it in—but I’ve found that I have to be careful with the amount to maintain total control over the finish. If I use too much, it can feel a little stiff, but with just a few pumps, it definitely makes my hair look denser in the light. For the price point, it’s a solid addition to a grooming routine if you're looking for an aesthetic boost and a cleaner scalp feel, but don't expect it to physically regrow hair.
