What it does: The hot/cold attachment features a combined six varying temperature settings that better help your skin absorb creams, reduce facial puffiness, improve radiance and much more.
How to use: The ring will connect magnetically to the device and can be removed by pulling. It delivers the option of three hot and three cold settings. Can be used daily.

Cold rings need a design update, they stretch the skin if you’re not careful

Such great quality
I honestly don’t usually post reviews, but every item from therabody I have recently ordered has exceeded my expectations. Soothing Rings!❤️
