My Tale of Woe

All through last fall and winter I tried to order the Cappuccino Leather Sparrow in size 10. 5. But it was always sold out. Imagine my excitement when a few weeks ago I thought that I'd finally be able to add this Sparrow to my flock (I already have the licorice one. ) When it was time to choose size, I had only two choices--10 or 11. The 10. 5 had disappeared. So I ordered size 10--too small, exchanged for 11--too loose. I am hoping that deleting size 10. 5 as an option is a momentary glitch and I'll be able to get my Cappuccino Sparrow soon. Please! Birdies--don't get rid of half sizes!!

these are disappointingly uncomfortable

I had such high hopes for these shoes because I had spent time researching good quality work shoes that feature stylishness and comfortability on equal footing (no pun intended). these fell incredibly short for me - they tear up the backs of my feet after wearing them for an hour and hurt to walk in by that time too. I bought my usual size (11) but these must run small or are not big feet friendly because I cannot wear them long term, and have to take them off or wear different shoes throughout the workday, forget about walking in them. so sad, considering the hype, style, claims of comfort, and the price :( they don’t even offer half-sizes so I cant even reasonably size up.

Cappuccino Sparrow Loafer

Love these shoes, so comfortable and love the color, I have several pairs of birdies shoes and love them. One of the best shoes I have ever owned.

Poor return experience

The shoe’s material seemed high quality but was far too narrow and constricting. The primary reason I’m giving such a low review is how deceptive they make the returns. I was going through the process on my phone and the option to return was not visible, they just kept trying to get me to exchange. It was just by chance that I swiped in just the right way that revealed the option to “skip” the exchange.

Classy and comfortable

My third pair of Birdies. I almost didn't buy this shoe since most shoes with pointy toes are horribly uncomfortable. Not this one. Surprisingly it is quite comfortable and looks awesome with all my dress pants.
