Poor quality and strange shipment

I guess I didn’t realize that Nordstrom was allowing third-party sellers to ship products. These boots came in today and the overall quality of the boots felt cheap. In addition, while I know these were slouchy boots the slouchy part was extra large and way too big for my above average size calves. The other strange thing is that the shipment arrived with several product catalogs for plus size women and extra big men. Completed unexpected from something I ordered from Nordstrom.
