Outstanding shorts

The shorts are great and gorgeous. I worried this would be too short, but since I'm petite, it fits. I'll wear them with stockings and black suede boots to the knee. I wish the waist was more generous. I'll wear them for a special dinner tomorrow. I will have to steam the fringe, but it will then be perfect.

pretty but rides up when sitting down

Cute while standing! Just not super functional. Wish it had built in shorts underneath. It is pretty. Definitely hard to launder!
