Exceeded expectations
I’d been eyeing these shoes for a while bc the price is pretty steep however decided to try them and I’m so glad I did. They’re really an investment shoe. The leather is BUTTERY and they fit so comfortably right out of the box. No break in time needed. I wore them to the office without socks and my feet were comfortable all day — I did a fair amount of walking, too. At one point my feet were hot and sweaty but even then, the shoes didn’t rub or hurt in anyway. Also I got tons of compliments when I wore them, they’re statement shoes. Can’t wait to buy more Margaux in the future.

Beautiful shoe, narrow in tow / wide in heel
I was delighted when I opened the package, so pretty, and the leather is terrifically supple. However, the toe box was tight (narrow) while the heel was wide, literally flopping off. Disappointing, and returned.

Beautiful shoe, narrow in tow / wide in heel

Still too narrow
Weirdly, the upper is soft but the soles are stiff and slick, almost dangerous to walk on a hardwood floor. I do have wide feet and ordered a W size — still way too narrow in the toe but loose in the heel. Not comfortable enough for the price.

Great shoes
I sized down in length by 1/2 size and got a perfect fit once they softened up after I walked in them around the house for only 20 minutes. Super cute and comfortable!

Beautiful, just a touch too long
Really lovely flat but too long and my heel was coming out/stepping out of the heel when I walked. I’m a true 10 in all other shoes but exchanged the 40/sized down to a 40. 5 here.
