obsessed!

I NEVER spend this much on shoes, let alone flats, but I am desperate to find a good quality shoe for my day to day! Conform and durability is my number one priority. I am so lucky to took this chance! They are so comfortable like wearing slipper.

Received dirty shoes

These came directly from Margaux according to the return label. When I opened the box I knew something was up as the packing slip was half inside the inner box, yet the exterior shipping box was snug around the shoe. Opening the interior box it was clear these shoes were a return as the tissue around the shoes was rumpled. The bands across the tops of the shoes were dirty. And not just be a little. Not sure how that got by their return department. I still tried one foot on (that’s all it took) to realize the toe box was super uncomfortable. It has a pronounced slope down to the front edge of the shoe which really cut the real estate in the toe box. My big toe is longer than the rest of my toes. Maybe if you have a foot where your toes are closer in length this style will work for you. I returned then to Nordstrom and sent a note to Margaux.

Still too narrow

Weirdly, the upper is soft but the soles are stiff and slick, almost dangerous to walk on a hardwood floor. I do have wide feet and ordered a W size — still way too narrow in the toe but loose in the heel. Not comfortable enough for the price.

Beautiful shoe, narrow in tow / wide in heel

I was delighted when I opened the package, so pretty, and the leather is terrifically supple. However, the toe box was tight (narrow) while the heel was wide, literally flopping off. Disappointing, and returned.

Beautifully Made

Made beautifully and extremely comfortable. I work on my feet 8. 5 hours and wore these all day with no complaints. Love that leopard is a neutral, I can wear it with so many different outfits!

Too Narrow and Not Worth the Money

Very soft and would be an incredibly chic and flattering fit if they weren’t so, so tight. I routinely buy wide-fit shoes, and I was so excited to see that Margaux offers wide-fit shoes. But they are very, very narrow and tight. They SQUEAK when I walk! I trimmed my TOENAILS to see if it would help, and it doesn’t! The length is generous, but the width is sorely lacking. Very soft leather, and it feels high quality to the touch. Beautiful shoes, but only accessible to those with narrow feet.
