Cute BUT very small

Cute item nice colors but very small. I am 5'5", 145 lbs I usually wear an 8-10 (Medium). I got large in this, it was so small I couldn't get it on even though it is a stretch fabric. There was also a discolored spot on the lining which would not affect the look of the garment, bus does say something about quality control. This is an unknown brand to me. Will not be purchasing again.
