The Original Cashmere Sweater

I purchased this sweater in the camel color which is fantastic! It's a true camel color, which is exactly what I was looking for. However, the day after I bought it (before I even received it in the mail), the price got reduced by over $30. I called Nordstrom for a price adjustment and I was told that there was nothing that they could do to adjust the price bc NAADAM is a "third party seller". The customer service rep explained that Nordstrom now uses third party sellers like Amazon does. However, there is no mention of this anywhere on the Nordstrom website when I added it to my cart. I was told to "repurchase the sweater and return the previous one" to get the lower price point. I did that and then Nordstrom cancelled my order! By the time it came back in stock in my size, it was back up to full price again. So I never received the discounted price. I think that Nordstrom has an obligation to its customers to honor their price adjustment policy, even if they decide to use third party sellers, since it's out of the consumers control.... especially for its loyal Nordstrom card holders. Bad customer service Nordstrom.

This Cashmere Sweater was such a delight. I love it so much that I just purchased two of them at NAADAM’s website. Great quality fabric and a must in anyone’s closet. Trust me. I rarely give reviews, but if I do I must love it. I see it sold out here at Nordstrom but other options is to order it on the website.
