Not special the way North fae should be
The jacket seems to be cut for a boy shape, it's very straight, but there's not even any give at the hips. The material looks like a shaggy wet animal, unkempt, there's not a fine touch to it. I'm disappointed and returning it.

Bad presentation
Not sure if this was returned or not.
First of all, the way Nordstrom ships items is terrible. Not only do they no longer come in a box like they used to, but the people who pack the orders don't even bother to fold the clothes; they arrived crumpled up in a torn clear plastic bag.
Presentation is very important, if you are trying to save money you will end up losing customers.
I'm not sure if this was a returned item or not. And in the top of that, also the label in the jacket shows $110.00 but I got charged $120.00 .
Is this a joke?
Honestly Nordstrom, there is not quality control anymore. Price doesn't match the presentation. This is Target way.
Going back without even bother to try it.
