The Mylie Genuine Calf Hair Ballet Flat (Women)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought these in the black haircalf and I love them. The elongated, squared off toe is elegant and flattering. The high vamp means they stay on my feet well. There are a lot of haircalf shoes out there this season and I like these more than most - they look a little edgier somehow. I got my usual 6.5, and they're comfortable on my wide-ish toebox. I also tried on the smooth leather version and I think those run a little big, but these seem true to size. The only negative, maybe half a star off, is that the insole is less comfortable than my Greta flats. I wore these at a conference where I was on my feet most of the day, and my feet were sore in a way I'm not used to. I'll add thin insoles next time. Too soon to know how well the haircalf holds up over time, but I'm optimistic.
