The Lewis Boot

I love these boots. I always get random compliments where ever I go. But I'm not surprised. I now have a total of 16 pairs of boots and shoes from Taft, and I always get compliments!

While the boot itself doesn’t run narrow, fully zipped up, the ankle is tight and digs in across the front with every step. Otherwise, the style and color are great.

The entire process was very easy and quick. The boots are high quality and extremely comfortable out of the box.

I was a little skeptical cause I typically dont go for this style of boots. I couldn't quite convince myself to go with a Chelsea boot but I wanted something different than another lace-up. I bought my friend a pair of the black floral rome boots and he absolutely loved them. I have always loved the pattern and this color and for convenience i decided to try the zipper as it was unique and stood out a bit more. I absolutely love these boots!! They were comfortable from day one and I get compliments on them almost every time I wear them. A bit different than my cowboy buts but man they have the perfect amount of flare! I hope they come out with some additional colors/patterns for the zip-up cause ill definitely be buying more! Right after I try some james sneakers. . .

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The boots look great. They are lighter in weight than other Taft boots. We'll see how they hold up after a few wears. Was hoping the color would pop a bit more. It's a little more brown than gold. But overall they look great and are comfortable.
