Regrets
I purchased this jean online. When I opened the package I noticed one back pocket had a seam that turned outward. No matter what wash dry and even iron method I used, the pocket seam could not be corrected. I contacted Nelle to explain the issue. They offered washing instructions that had already been attempted and they again denied the problem. I offered to return the pants to them so they could inspect the jeans in person. They came back with no don’t send the jeans and no, they weren’t interested in helping. Money wasted as the pocket is not a good look.
