The Kate Skinny Cargo Pant

These are very tricky to fit correctly. The fit needs to be snug enough to stay up but if they’re too snug they ride up on the thighs and look messy. The rise is not a mid-rise but actually a low-rise which is completely out of style right now. These pants have been made for years by Anatomie but they haven’t been updated at all to reflect current styles. The fabric is extremely light weight which is great for travel.

I really like the fit on these pants (my husband demanded that I keep them after seeing them on me). I’m contemplating ordering in more colors. However, I gave them a four because for a cargo pant and at this price point, I thought the fabric should be a little thicker. It’s so thin that there is nothing left to the imagination and no hiding anything, at least in the khaki color that I bought. For fit, they are a little on the smaller side. I am 5’7”, weigh 135 lbs, wear a 4 in pants, and wear a size 25 in jeans. I got a Small in these pants and they *just* fit me. Maybe they’ll loosen a bit with wear but I figured giving my sizing for context might help others pick their size.
