Fit is Off

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes have me feeling like Goldilocks. The 9.5 is too small but the 10 (my usual size) is too big. I think it’s the heel - it fits super loose. I think the style is so cute, I want to make them work. Might try again with heel inserts in the 10s.

Beautiful flats

Beautiful flats! Very soft and comfortable out of the box. I'm usually a size 6 in sneakers and boots and a half size smaller in flats and heels. Madewell's sizing seems to run a bit larger because I'm a size 6 in these.

Comfortable ballet flat

Bought these in caramel color. They are so comfortable and the color is a perfect color for all seasons. I found they ran tts. The toe bed is slightly narrow so I would be concerned if sizing down as it would be uncomfortable and not conform properly to one's footprint.
