The Goldie Dress

I wore this dress to wear to The US Open. It fits amazingly and the color is stunning. However this is not a dress to be worn outside in the summer and you can’t even have water touch it without leaving a watermark stain. I spilled a cup of water on my lap and to my surprise it left a watermark. Also left a perspiration stain under my breasts to the belt. This dress is beautiful, but it is not functional. And embarrassing to wear. I have written Goldie Byrd about this issue, but no response. Bottom line if you get water on the dress it will leave a mark. If you sweat at all, it will leave a mark in the fabric.

I ordered the red dress from Nordstrom online. The dress is NOT from the Nordstrom's store or Nordstrom shipping, but from "Marketplace". They sent me the wrong size 3 times in row! I immediately returned the dresses, but you should also be aware of the different return policies from items that are from Marketplace. Always double check for your correct size on items mailed from Marketplace! I gave it 4 starts because it is a great dress, but a bit thin and for the price the quality of the fabric should be better. I had ordered the size S, but they kept mailing me size M and on the third time they mailed XS and I decided to keep the XS since it fit me. I would give it 0 stars for repeatedly mailing the wrong size.

I ordered two dresses in small and medium. I was sent an extra small and a large. It took over a week and a half to get the dresses. Nordstrom offered no help whatsoever overall an incredibly disappointing experience. they said I could take them to a store and return them and then re-order them and wait another week and a half. This has been very inconvenient and the lack of customer service is no ideal

This dress is amazing! I wore it to the PGA and was so impressed with how flattering and comfortable it was. The fabric is thick and breathable, which is a huge plus. I will say, the dress does run one size small, so I recommend sizing up. Every time I wear this dress, I receive so many compliments. I am excited to purchase the dress in black when it is in stock.

I am completely in love with the Goldie Dress. From the moment I put it on, it just felt special. What I love most is how versatile it is. I’ve worn it dressed up for a night out and also kept it more relaxed for daytime, and it works beautifully both ways. It has that rare balance of being timeless yet eye-catching—I’ve gotten so many compliments every time I wear it. Goldie Byrd truly nailed it with this piece. It’s one of those dresses that makes you feel confident, feminine, and put together without even trying. Definitely a staple in my wardrobe now 🤍
