What I ordered was a brown & white striped turtleneck, as shown on the Nordstroms’ website. What I received was a brown & white striped v-neck sweater with a collar.

I am happy I bought the small Gilly Stripe in brow
I am happy I bought the small Gilly Stripe in brown/black. I am 5'3", 34B and usually US size 4-6 in tops. I expected it to be more slouchy, and unfolded the sleeves do extend almost to the second knuckle. But length and width are more traditional fit. Overall effect is preppy, loose fit that feels quite classic. If you are tall or want an exaggerated oversize look, as on the model, you may consider sizing up. If I choose to buy another, which I can absolutely imagine, I might consider sizing up. However I do feel it is flattering as is.
