Damaged

All of the rhinestones on this bag are damaged. They are cracked, scratched, etc. It’s unfortunate Marc Jacobs can’t send a quality bag. Every single rhinestone looks absolutely terrible, they are all broken and severely damaged!! Extremely disappointed in Marc Jacobs products!! Zero quality control on their products, especially packaging and shipping! Extremely disappointing!!
