The Côte d'Azur Pendant Necklace

I specifically purchased the Rhinestone Statement Necklace featuring a hand-carved Rose Quartz shell pendant, but instead I received what appears to be a cheap, pink plastic necklace that bears no resemblance to the product advertised on your website. I ordered this necklace for a specific occasion and was planning to wear it. Because the wrong item was sent, I am now left without the necklace I ordered, and by the time this issue is resolved through a refund or exchange, the event will likely have already passed. No response from Nordstrom about the error.
