Quality Issues!
Bought this luggage back in Nov 2024, finally used in for first time in May 2025. The zipper on the larger luggage ended up being off track and has rendered the luggage not usable. Can’t zip up one side of compartment. Could not return to Nordstrom, had to reach out directly to vendor. Worse experience of my purchasing history. No one answers email at the Bugatti customer service. If I receive an email it’s once a week with no real progress. Would not recommend this luggage and shame on Nordstrom for carrying this brand. Shame on Bugatti for their lack of customer service. Cannot get a refund or replacement at this point. Waste of time.

LOVE THE COLOR
The luggage is came sealed no dent or any damage; excited to use this for my upcoming trip. I'll come back to write an after comment( if i can) to let you know if the luggage held up well.

Wish it had more features
The bag is stylish and lightweight. It measure 1" shorter than my previous carry on. I wish it came with a lock of some sort, I have to get my own. It also doesn't expand if it's difficult to close.
