Damaged Bag

Bag arrived with missing rivets along the aluminum frame, exposed, just above the handle, so a cursory QC check should have flagged the defect. Also, the wheels were dirty, suspect that the supposedly "new" bag may have been returned previously. High expectations for the suitcase, disappointed to have to return it.

Very classy carry on

The wheels and how it rolls is so smooth. Feels very sturdy on the shell. Elegant case and closes easily. Leather handles feel solid but comfortable to lift. Retractable handle doesn’t feel flimsy at all- smooth.
