So excited - They fit!
I've been stalking these shoes on the Margaux website for a couple of years. The reviews always stopped me from ordering. I don't need anymore uncomfortable shoes. I love, love the look of these and when I saw that I could get them at Nordstrom, I didn't hesitate for a minute because I knew they'd be easy to return or exchange. I got them today and when I slipped them on it was like magic! I think they fit! I am wearing them around the house to be sure. I'm almost in a state of disbelief! I love the leather, the color, the sole. The footbed is padded in a really nice way and the leather is soft. I usually wear 8-8.5 US and the 38.5 fit great in this pointed toe style. I haven't worn them outside yet but hope to very soon! I will definitely buy more shoes from Margaux, hopefully through Nordstrom's website!

Pretty to look at but.,.
This is the perfect toe-capped leather flat based on looks. I used it for the first time yesterday and it hurt my feet after walking in it for 20 minutes. I already left home, so didn’t have a choice but to continue wearing it for the day.
I used a sock/foot liner. I thought that was the problem. I removed it and tried walking without it. Same effect. I can’t explain why the show was chaffing against my skin. I almost got a wound/blister. But it was terribly painful to wear.
Since I’ve used it, I can’t return it. ☹️

Odd gap at arch
I had high hopes for this brand. After seeing too many ads on social media, I caved. I am sorry I did. They did not live up to the hype. They lack arch support and have an odd gap at the arch. The proportions of the cap toe to the body are also off and aesthetically incorrect. I ordered a size larger based on reviews. Fit was fine, but style and quality were lacking. I would not recommend this style and am reluctant to try anything else from this brand.

Poor Fit
I ordered these as a wide and they still are too narrow. Also, the right shoe seemed to be smaller than the left at the back of the heel. Really disappointed.

love the style, inconsistent fit
Love love love the style. First bought 5M and they were way too wide. My normal size is everything is 5. 5 but I followed instructions to size down. But the width and the gap was too much when I walked. I exchanged for the 5 Narrow in all black b/c they are out of stock in the two tone which was disappointing. The left foot was perfect but the right felt like the 5M or 5 wide. it was falling off as I and creating gaps when I walked. I wanted to keep these so much bc the style is perfect even though it wasnt the color i preferred, but the fit is off. They are comfortable when standing still.
