Horrible Customer Service
Not sure the actual quality of the item because I did not receive it. Ordered the Bucket Bag on Black Friday. Came in the Bucket Bag box, but it was the wrong item and actually a Rothy backpack. Was shipped directly from Rothy’s. Contacted both Nordstrom and Rothy’s because they sent the wrong item, and they wouldn’t honor the sale price or just provide any exchanges and said to just return the item. Was told to wait for another sale if I wanted a better price.

incredible bag!
Received this as a gift from my daughter & hub and it's perfect for work! Fits my 11" laptop and everything else I need. The only thing I would change (I still love it tho!) is to make the large shoulder strap removable. It's so functional and the night song color goes with everything. 5 stars Rothy's!

perfect daily carryall
I get constant complaints on this bag. It is simple, beautiful and functional. The pockets make it easy to organize everything I need. I do wish that the crossbody strap was detachable but other than that it really is perfect.
