Sizing is Off

I think these are cute but out of the 3 pairs of Frame jeans I bought, I need a different size in every single pair. I sized down in these and they're still a bit loose - perhaps they're supposed to be comfy? I'm 5'8" and I like the length with heels and ballet flats so I think I'll keep them. They're much skinnier on my leg but do have a slight flare at the bottom. The color is great.
