Buyers beware very disappointed in Nordstrom
These shoes were purchased for my baby shower, but they injured the back of my ankle while walking from the door to the car. I was unaware of the hidden issue with these third-party shoes, which are non-returnable regardless of the harm they cause to consumers. This is misleading and unacceptable. Supporting a local business does not justify refusing to accept the return of unwearable shoes. I am unable to give these shoes away, as I would still be responsible for the new owner. Buying last-minute shoes at Nordstrom is no longer a viable option.
