absolutely love
I have been on the search for a small black suede crossbody and this is such a winner! Not too big and not too small. Love the all black, no shiny hardware so I don’t have to worry about matching my jewelry. Couldn’t be happier!

Interior zipper defective.
Nordstrom online customer service said, after very long wait, that they cannot do anything to help though I have only used for a couple of months. Bringing it to the store in hopes of better response from staff there. Online customer service completely unhelpful, so disappointing from Nordstrom, as a decades-long customer.

Almost perfect
Overall great sling bag, but for me I’d prefer a couple improvements: it’s a bit too small. Just a bit. I have a zip around wallet and I can just get it in there, but that doesn’t leave room for much else. Also, I would prefer an outside pocket (for my phone). I tried the Tess shoulder bag but the strap wasn’t long enough ti make it a sling.
Otherwise it’s great! Versatile style, comfortable to wear, and well made.
