Impossible strap
Needed a small crossbody for travel and was so excited to find this bag with its buttery leather, subtle elegance, and surprisingly roomy interior. What a huge disappointment and major design flaw - the strap is literally IMPOSSIBLE to attach. The small gold knob on each end of the strap that the leather should slide over to open the strap so that it can be attached to the ring on the bag does not budge. We tried gently prying open the slit in the leather with a small knife. We put cloth over the leather and tried using pliers to pull the leather opening over the knob. How this bag made it to production is beyond me. First and last purchase with Radley.

Radley Tavistock crossbody bag
Love the size of the bag. Got Indus Tan colour. Matches my Radley wallet. The strap is same colour and adjustable. The bag is really roomy for a small bag. Wallet, keys, sunglasses, lipstick, hand sanitizer all fit. The strap can be removed as to pulling the strap at the fixed stud. Actually was easy to do.

Love this bag
After using the everyday bag by LL for a few years, I was ready to upgrade to something around the same size but less athletic in style. The size of this bag is perfect, the leather is beautiful. I love the material of the strap. It gives it an elegant bus casual feel. The only design flaw is the hardware that attaches the strap to the bag. It allows for rotation when you take the bag and off of your body (I wear it crossbody). So you have to constantly flip the bag right side up. A little annoying for a $90 bag but whatever. Minor flaw for all the other benefits, IMO.
