I Dissatisfied
I was very disappointed with the sweatshirt, It was sent to me all rolled up in a plastic bag. It looked like it had been worn and washed. Called Nordstrom the next morning, and when I tell you they were so rude to me, you think I was to blame. They didn’t even offer to take it back. It cost me $98.00 dollars for a UGG sweatshirt that my Grandson doesn’t wear I also bought one for his TwinSister righ from Ugg and it not only arrived in a zipper bag, but also with tissue what a difference between the two.

Disappointed
This was the first thing I ordered for Christmas for my son. Came wrapped in a clear bag so I left it in it to protect until I wrapped it 3 weeks later, right before Christmas. When I opened it to wrap it had a 2 inch wide stripe of bleached fabric all the way across the whole back and sleeves. It was horrible. Too late to replace and now out of stock. Had to return.
