Perfect bodysuit shapewear and very comfortable
Breathable material. Adequate support for built in bra. Has grips on the bottom so it doesn’t ride up. Could wear all day without feeling uncomfortable. Usually size L but the M fits me best. Had to purchase another.

I’ve had several shapers and this one is like putting on a scuba suit ( think dry suit for surfers). I normally wear a size 12/14 and I got an XL. I could not get it over my knees. There is no stretch and it is very thick. I could try a 3x, however, I think k even if I can get it on. It would be hot and thick feeling. The quality is good if you like thick, stiff material.

Not for long torsos
I have been getting ads for this on social media for so long and finally decided to try it. I love how much it sucks you in and def no bra needed. The downside is that it is not made for asian long torsos. I thought that with the adjustable bottom (there are three sets of clasps like a bra) that it would have the option to be long enough, but no. It’s fine for a couple hours but def too uncomfortable for all day wear of you have a very long torso. I’ll have to keep looking.
