Tabi Ballet Flat (Women)

I love tabi’s, they fit great and are super cute, except that Nordstrom sent me a damaged pair. By just checking the sole you can clearly see that the shoe was worn previously as it has marks and stains. There is a stain on the back of the shoe, the seam on the side is pulling, and there are 3 large creases on the toe of the shoe. This is the second time I’ve purchased shoes from Nordstrom and they came damaged. The last time I returned my Prada sneakers in store for being scuffed and worn, they told me “it wasn’t that bad” and only resolved the issue when I insisted on them sending me an actual new pair. When you spend $1000 on shoes, they shouldn’t come pre-worn or damaged. It’s a much safer bet to just purchase direct from Margiela.
