Suzette Pointed Toe Pump (Women)

I’m a regular Nordstrom shopper, and this has never happened to me before. I’m very upset. I ordered these shoes directly from the Nordstrom website at full price, but they arrived with a Nordstrom Rack tag. They also didn’t come with the original paper packaging and looked like they had been previously returned. I’m keeping them because I need them, but this experience has genuinely disappointed me and has changed the way I view Nordstrom. I hope this can be addressed so it doesn’t happen again.

I bought these because they are a nice looking, classic, ALL LEATHER pump. Turns out that they are not. Only the upper is real suede, the sole and the liner are synthetic. Had I known this, I probably would not have purchased them. I've had several pairs of Donald Pliner shoes over the years and loved how comfortable and soft they were, but synthetic materials just are not as comfortable. Really disappointed in Nordstrom for providing misleading product descriptions.

I ordered this pump in navy blue suede. It wasn’t in my regular size so I had to go up a half size which worked out perfectly! The shoe is gorgeous and I get lots of compliments. It’s a great height for comfort. I recommend sizing up a half size because they’re pointed. I’ve been waiting for the brown one to go on sale and I ordered them today. Super excited to have a second pair of these!!! They look great with a dress, a suit - any professional wardrobe.

Placed an order to be picked up at a Nordstrom location. Item needed for an upcoming funeral. Item never arrived well past the delivery date . No accountability. Nordstrom customer service explanation was that they just sometimes lose an order in the process from overwhelming demand. Great….
