What it is: A special eyeshadow in Dark or Light designed for use alone or layering.

What it does: Dark Matter is an intensely deep carbon-black cream eyeshadow that can be used alone or layered with pressed pigments. Light Matter is a taupe cream eyeshadow that also functions as an eyeshadow base to help deliver shimmering color with no fallout.

How to use: Swipe onto your lids using an eyeshadow brush or your fingers.

Pro tips: Light and Dark Matter Eyeshadows are designed to work with Surratt's Halogram Eyeshadow (sold separately) to help shift the shade color and reduce pigment fallout.
