Dirty suede look

Not impressed… the loft in the heel is unnecessary… and the toe box… not much length. The photos look like leather… the actual product is dirty suede. Also, the tissue paper in the box is crumpled and box has a tear. As if they were used. Sending them back and ordering another style.
