Stynger Gore-Tex Hiking Boot - Women's

These are so cute in the pictures and better in person. I wanted some good quality hiking boots for the PNW that could handle the wet spring and fall weather and offered good support and solid traction for trails like Colchuck and the Pilchuck Fire lookout. These met those requirements on paper however once I tried them on I quickly discovered they are the stiffest boots on earth! They are like a snow boot to go skiing with ZERO give, your foot and ankle are not moving in these, they are best described as: blocks, heavy and stiff boots. If you want something to work for a construction zone like a hard hat area or maybe snow hiking up Mt.Rainer then these are for you. I wanted this look but with a little movement in the material, these are seriously hard core flinstone style boots so they had to go back.
