would be lovely except the neckline flops
I want to like this. Its a soft cotton with pretty lace... but the neckline is just poorly thought through. If you wanted to add a ton of starch every time you wear it, maybe it would stay like it is shown, maybe. Starch on black, also might not go well either. My guess is it would not.
The lace flops down and totally ruins the neckline front and back. If they had only made a more practical cut at the neck this would be lovely. I'm pondering the idea of just cutting away all the lace at the neckline, but should you have to fix a design error? I'm so disappointed because nice cotton things are hard to find these days especially with cool lace. But I'll probably return it because of the floppy lace at the neck-it doesn't look good.
It also runs slightly baggy which may be intended but it looks baggier on me than the model.
