Not what I expected from Nordstrom
Jeffrey the sales representative was great. Not so happy with shipping. It took almost a month to get and when it came I was out and had to have my neighbor picked up the box. I picked it up from him and he asked me if it was a joke because the box had oil all over it and was smashed. Have to open up the box the box had the shoes in it was smashed. This was nothing like I’ve ever expected. I think Nordstroms need to look into their fulfillment center
