Steven City Dry^™ Waterproof Bootie (Women)

I've been purchasing boots to take on a European trip to Amsterdam, Geneva, and Lyon the end of November, first week in December. I tested the comfort of all the boots in the house and settled on this one, the most expensive but most stylish, and the company's boots get rave reviews. The boots felt a tad tight at first, I had to wear thin socks, but the foot bed comformed to my feet. I wore the boots for the first time in a Bay Area rain storm yesterday. My feet stayed dried and I had good traction on slippery sidewalks. I sloushed through puddles to test the waterproofness!
