This dress drapes beautifully, however the fabric quality and craftsmanship is horrible. I bought the cream color and it is completely sheer: you will need a full slip. Secondly the fabric is very cheap and the stitching is sloppy. There are threads hanging off along all of the stitching. I can’t imagine how much worse it would look after a wash. The quality does not match the price. Definitely sending this one back, Which is unfortunate because I really do love the style and drape of this dress.

The size 8 was actually a little loose on me, and the 6 likely would have fit better. If you have narrow hips, keep in mind this dress will accentuate that shape as it tapers downward. On a positive note, the bunching of the fabric does a fantastic job at hiding any belly fat. The fabric is thin and silk-like, so your panty-line will show through the dress, a slip may be needed underneath. You may also need to steam the dress first, as the chest area had a small amount of puckering and wrinkling. Overall, the fabric is very nice quality and it does feel worth the price. The ideal person for this dress is a curvy woman, as it hides your upper arms and belly, while clinging to your hips.
