Madison Penny Loafer

I received the shoes I had been eagerly anticipating, but to my dismay, they arrived in a worn and scuffed condition. The leather was crinkled, and the overall appearance did not match the new pair I had envisioned. I had high hopes for these shoes, and it was disappointing to see them in such a state. To illustrate my concerns, I have attached pictures showing the damage for your review. Thank you for looking into this matter.

Online, these look really nice. What was also intriguing to me was reviews saying the burgundy color ran narrow. I was disappointed. The color isn’t what I expected. They are heavy and run medium width imo. They were big on me. I’m a true size 7 with a narrow foot.

Super short length but wide width. Cheap material. Almost thought these were counterfeit because they are so cheap looking. Plastic doesn’t look like leather

The shoes run oddly small and narrow for me and I have extremely narrow feet. I’m 95% of the time a size 7 but I bought these in 7.5 and they still feel a bit small. I wanted to try size 8 but my store didn’t have them. So I would recommend at least half a size up (for some reason SM shoes always have odd fit when it comes to sizing) The toe box is very tight and narrow, this is only my second day of wearing them so hopefully it will stretch out. The review that claims the leather is cheap and plastic on these shoes is definitely not true. While they are not the nicest, softest Italian leather, they do not look nor feel cheap. For a $100 shoe, I wouldn’t say the quality is bad. It seems like Nordstrom review section is mostly made up of people that can’t afford more expensive shoes but be setting unrealistic expectations of affordable ones.

Bought these in my size 8.5 and my foot did not even go in. Have to ship back. Runs too small.

Bought them for my daughter, she loves them. Running small. Great for her work..
