Third party nonsense! Arrived after Christmas
This is the second time I’ve made the mistake of choosing a third-party product. The first one they sent the wrong size. This one I was guaranteed through chats and responses from Nordstrom that I would receive this anklet for a present for Christmas. Alas, it arrived two days late. Then, I couldn’t even return it to my Nordstrom rack. I had to drive an extra 30 minutes to send it back. I’ll have to be extra careful to never choose a third-party vendor again. If I wanted to shop at Amazon, I would shop at Amazon I’m disappointed that Nordstrom has chosen these vendors and then washes their hands and you have to contend with that vendor yourself.

Nordstrom needs to STOP third party
I've had only rotten luck with these new "third party" providers to Nordstrom. I didn't realise this was, since I'd already ordered something which was late, and they sent the wrong item. This was guaranteed (I got on chat on Christmas Eve when it was supposed to arrive by) to get to me on Christmas Eve. It didn't arrive until yesterday, two days late and too late for the gift to be given. Not only that, but I can't return it to my local store, which is a Nordstrom Rack. So, I have to drive 30 minutes to a Nordstrom store to return it.
I'm really disappointed with Nordstrom for getting into this Amazon model of retail. EPIC fails!
