Rubbish
This steamer is overrated. I purchased this expecting lovely clean floors. No . It just seems to spread the dirt to the edges of my flooring. In the kitchen is even worse does not move any ground in dirt whatsoever . Kitchen is lino flooring is light grey. So think that's why I notice more than others.

Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that your experience with the Shark Steam & Scrub Automatic Steam Mop with Steam Blaster has not met your expectations. We understand how disappointing it is when you're hoping for noticeably cleaner floors and feel that dirt is being pushed to the edges rather than effectively removed. The Steam & Scrub is designed for use on most sealed hard floor surfaces and uses rotating scrubbing pads together with steam to help lift and remove dirt. If heavily soiled areas or ground-in dirt remain, ensuring clean pads are fitted before use and using the Steam Blaster feature on stubborn spots may help improve results. As lighter-coloured flooring can make residual dirt more visible, we appreciate how frustrating this experience has been.
We recommend trying the troubleshooting steps using the link below for "My floors are spotty or streaky after steaming". Following these steps should resolve the issue. If the troubleshooting is unsuccessful, a webform will be generated; once submitted, our support team will review the information further and assist with the best resolution.

Hi Sanju,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
We're sorry to hear that the Steam & Scrub Automatic Steam Mop with Steam Blaster did not meet your expectations when cleaning corners and edges. We understand how disappointing this can be, particularly when you have invested in a premium cleaning product and expected it to provide better access to difficult areas. The design of steam mops can mean that certain corners and tight spaces may require additional manual cleaning or the use of complementary cleaning tools. However, we appreciate that you feel the product's design could be improved, and we value this feedback. Your comments regarding corner cleaning performance will be shared with the relevant teams for review, as customer feedback is important in helping us improve future products and designs. Should you require further support please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team for further assistance.

Best steam cleaner I have bought
The best steam floor cleaner I have ever bought. Does a great job and is light to use. The one down side for me is, due to arthritis in my hands and wrists, it is quite difficult to remove and replace the water tank.

Effortless cleaning, ideal for joint mobility
We are very happy with the Shark Steam & Scrub S8201UK. It is extremely straightforward and easy for anyone to set up and use right out of the box, making it a huge upgrade over a traditional mop and bucket.
My Wife has osteoarthritis, and this mop has made a noticeable difference for her. Because the rotating pads propel the machine forward, it glides across hard floors with minimal effort, taking the strain off hands, wrists, and back. The Steam Blaster feature is also fantastic for lifting dried-on marks without having to scrub hard or get down on hands and knees.
The only minor drawback is that the water tank can be quite stiff to remove if you do not have a strong grip or suffer from limited hand strength. Aside from that, it is a brilliant, lightweight, and practical cleaning tool that we would definitely recommend.
