Pretty but could not open clasp

Theses were very pretty and lightweight, but the hinge/post did not work on both. I could not open the hinge to put on. I finally had to use a tool to open and then tried to wear and re close but the post and hole did not line up. I called Anna Luisa for advice they said they would get right back w answers. It has now been 5 days since customer service call.

Beautiful! But Faulty.

I received 2 pairs and both pairs have faulty hinges. The first and last time I put them on they both fell off at different times and I did not notice until a coworker found them on the floor in two different locations.
