Candice Georgette Wrap Dress

I normally don't write reviews but this dress was better than I expected. I take a lot of steroids so I carry a lot of my weight in my stomach with thinner legs so dresses in general make me look extra huge or everyone asks when am I due like I'm pregnant. This actually looked somewhat flattering to my surprise. Go ahead and order - you won't be disappointed.

It does run a little large, so order accordingly. However, it IS a WRAP dress. Tie it a little tighter if you need to. I got black. When you hold it up, it looks a bit sheer. You cannot see through it when it's on. I get tons of compliments when I wear this.

I really wanted to love this dress, but it's not a good look. The solid muted color, along with the large sleeves, makes it look more like a utilitarian hospital gown than an elegant dress. It's going back. If you've ever put on your hair-salon smock and thought, "I wish this could be a dress," this is for you. Otherwise, keep shopping.

I did not realize that the top of the dress was a sheer fabric. You would need to wear something under the dress. I also found the wrap dress to be unflattering. The cut is also very low.

I like Standarts&Practices have already few wrap dresses different colors they fully lined. I was surprised when I got Brown Leopard and it doesn’t have any liner. But video and description telling Customers completely different story. Keep the dress it’s fit my body perfectly.

I have been shopping for a plus size black dress. So happy when this dress arrived! I love it. I ordered a size 16 and it fit perfectly. The style of this dress is very slimming to your body. I plan on wearing it to a "QUINCENERA" party with rhinestone jewelry.
