Wanted to love them, but unable.
These boots are perfect in many respects; well built, good looks and fully waterproof. However, as others have noted, the heel is far too tight to mark these practical. Our daughter, who is comfortably an 11M, was in tears having these shoes put on her such was the pain the tight heel caused.
The manufacturer needs to seriously reassess the fit of these boots.

These boots are cute, but they run incredibly narrow in the heel. My son found them uncomfortable, so I returned.

Too tight
I bought these in a size 1 for my seven year old. The ones usually run a little big but she said these were tight and hurt in the back. So I had to return them.

Very Narrow
I got the boots a couple sizes too big so my daughter would grow into. The problem was that it was very difficult to get them on her feet. The boots are very narrow and I unfortunately have to return them. It’s disappointing because they look pretty sturdy.
