Solitaire Birthstone Huggie Hoop Earrings

This was a gift for my daughter, and the cute little cloth envelope it comes in is filthy dirty. It looks like somebody stepped on it. I hope the earrings hold up. I don’t like the resolution that the representative gave me when I called customer service. My daughter does not live close to me, and I’m not asking her to repackage it up and ship it back. Why should she be inconvenience? I’ve never received an item in this condition from Nordstrom. I’ve been a customer for many years.

Arrived without the gemstone, only the metal, and they don’t offer replacements so now I have to ship it back and wait several weeks to get my money back.

Got these for my daughter and they are her favorite hoops now. She wears them everyday and they have held up really well. The emerald adds just the right amount of sparkle! These are tiny but very eye catching huggie hoops.

These earrings are cute but very small. They are not for adults. More suitable for a child getting their first pair of earrings. With that said, I would never buy these for a child because they don't hook properly and fall out and can be easily lost. These are being returned.

I bought these lovely earrings in four colors for each of my, my husband's, and my sons' birthstones (ruby, amethyst, emerald and aquamarine) June 27. By mid-August, one of the aquamarine earrings had fallen out, never to be found again. By the end of August, the other aquamarine earring was lost forever. (Why only the aquamarine? Please don't let it be an omen about my 10-year old.) By the end of September, the ruby earrings had changed from gold to silver. The amethyst and emerald earrings are hanging in there but honestly I wear them less because the whole look is incomplete. 50% of the products are trash, not good odds. Or maybe only buy the amethyst and emerald ones??
