Solid Varsity Jacket

I bought this for my husband. He never wore it, and told me it did not fit him properly. So I tried to return it and I was told it was outside the return window. I was dismayed, as I have been shopping at Nordstrom for over 40 yrs. I think an exception could have been made. So, for a $148 return, you now have an unhappy customer. So what did I do? I returned $316 worth of goods that I previously purchased. Unfortunately, it was too late to return the $1000 men’s suit that I purchased recently for my son. Exceptions are made for loyal customers.
