Recieved used and broken hairclip
Received a used and broken hair clip from Nordstrom. I purchased the purple hairclip and just received it in the mail only to see that it’s been clearly returned, used, and is broken. It’s missing one of the claws on the clip and the claw next to it looks like it’s about to break off too. I am absolutely shocked that Nordstrom even felt that this was re-sellable and in good enough condition to send to a customer. This is just gross and absolutely unacceptable.

so cute!
I really do love this clip. The quality of the plastic is nice and sturdy. It holds a decent amount of hair but not a lot. The monarch butterfly design is pretty and unique. 5 starts for design and quality but 4 for volume of hair it holds.

So beautiful but clip is too small
This clip is almost perfect. It just doesn't hold enough hair. It's big and heavy and should be able to hold your whole head of hair up. The photo of the women's heads are misleading. They must have another clip holding their hair up and the butterfly is decorative. I am so sad because it's sooooo pretty and I want it to work soooo badly.

Lovely clip!
I will take a different approach to this review in that my clip came from one of Nordstrom's stores and they took great care to box and package my clip to prevent any damage! Picture attached. My clip is orange like a Monarch Butterfly and is lovely and large. I don't have long hair, but I wanted the clip to use for a decoration. There are several other clips online so take a look if you want something different!
