Cocoon Wool & Alpaca Blend Bouclé Coat

This stylish side button coat is chic, warm, and a very flattering style - even for petites! The sleeves are a little bit long, but nothing that the magic of Nordstrom Alterations can't fix. The coat arrived quickly, and was well packaged. I really wanted to love it, but the 5% nylon in the coat fabric, and the 100% acetate lining were deal breakers. The beauty of natural fibers is that they allow the body to breathe, don't trap static, don't pill, and are timeless and wear well. Adding petroleum based synthetic fibers lessens the quality and comfort. Unfortunately, it has to be returned.

Nice, heavy, well made, but I'm petite (5'3") and I thought it overwhelmed me. I knew it was risky ordering a regular size. There is an inside button to keep the "double breast" closed. It's nicely lined everywhere but the collar. It looks like with all the fabric there should be a hood, but it's a collar. It will definitely keep you warm. No interior pockets (which would have been nice). Beautiful color. I returned it.
